Z Hong Kong office currently consists of 18 professionals dedicated for the consultancy works. The 3 directors are:
Mr. Y F Leung Bernard, the managing director, is a registered architect in Hong Kong with over 10 years of experience in building industry. Bernard believes a good design should fulfill the client’s needs and responds to the fast changing market to maximize the value of a design / property. Bernard has extensive experiences on local commercial and residential projects, including new building and building alteration.

Mr. P L Wu, the project director, is an Authorized Person and registered architect in Hong Kong with over 15 years of experience in design and building industry. Mr. Wu trust a good design shall always respond to the changing market, and turn the market needs into the new design features.
To cope with the market awareness of environment, recently Mr. Wu has also focused on the green building and environmental design. He is a qualified BEAM Professional (BEAM Pro) and a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP).
Mr. Wu has extensive experience in luxury residential and retail commercial projects in HK and Mainland China.

Mr. A C Lo, the design director, is a registered architect under ARB and an Authorized Person in Hong Kong. With extensive design and construction experience he believes that the best design can only be produced by a detail understanding of the client expectation and the ever-changing market trends. By what we understand at present and what we can imagine or predict for the future, we design and provide a solution that would be sustainable for the next 50 years.
